Initial Question: You will complete three questionnaires on your stress levels. This first questionnaire deals with major life events, such as marriage, childbirth, jobs, etc. Add up your total score and jot it down. Record whether this is moderate stress, less than moderate, or more than moderate stress. The second questionnaire looks as daily hassles. Answer the questions as directed. Again, jot down your score and stress level. The third questionnaire is about time stressors. Read through and answer the questions. Write down your score and stress level. You do not have to do the strategies section on the second page.
Now that you have any idea of the stressors in your life, answer these questions:
Were your scores reflective of your levels of stress, or were you surprised by your scores? Did you realize that all of the events/circumstances on the questionnaires can cause stress? Were there life events/circumstances not listed on the questionnaires that cause you stress?
