Changing Organization Leader Interview Paper

I didn’t do any interview, you can make up something and choose the leader you want even from some business you know in your place. Just make sure that you follow directions and have a convincing story (interview).

Professor’s instructions:

Interview a leader who has either been faced with change or had to drive an organizational change.

Write a 3-4 page paper and then make a presentation including:

  1. A description of the person and the changes they engineered (not more than one page)

  2. Provide an analysis of the change messages and how the person handled the changes (major emphasis of the paper)

  3. The steps he/she took to drive the change organizationally; how did they achieve the change? (major emphasis of the paper)

  4. What kinds of resistance did they experience and what they did to mitigate the resistance? (major emphasis of the paper)

  5. Solicit their advice on what an individual should consider when interested in driving change organizationally?
