Leadership Development Plan

Building on your learning in this course, you will create a Personal Leadership Development Plan. The plan will be written in an academic paper format, however, it can incorporate tables, bullets, visual models, etc. using formatting different from APA. This will be a 5-7 page paper.
Begin by identifying at least three areas in which you want to grow as a leader. For each area, identify the skill, knowledge, or practice you want to develop and then create a plan to develop this skill/knowledge. Be sure your plan is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely).
You may choose to use the principles of Servant Leadership, Covey’s “Seven Habits” or “Sharpening the Saw” or Brown’s (2018) 16 elements of “Daring Leadership” as a framework for your plan. In your plan, be sure to discuss how your goals relate to a leadership theory.
Your paper should include the following:

Introduction: ½ to 1 page

Theoretical Perspective: 1 page

Three Areas of Growth (including SMART goal and plan to achieve each goal): 3-5 pages

Conclusion: ½ to page

Bibliography: 1 page
