will apply the statesmanship model to the topic of organizational
leadership.  Discuss the link between
interpersonal leadership and organizational leadership and how effective public
administration statesmanship engages in key organizational communication best
practices. In essence, this paper should be a synthesis among the evolving
statesmanship model, interpersonal and organizational leadership, and
organizational communication best practices.
